Robert F. Perille
Prior to founding Calvello Investments, Bob was a partner at Shamrock Capital Advisors, a leading middle market private equity firm, 2004-2015. At Shamrock, Bob was responsible for equity investments in the media, entertainment and communications sectors.
Prior to joining Shamrock, Bob spent 23 years at Bank of America in commercial and investment banking and principal investing. He was co-managing partner of a captive $700 million private equity and mezzanine investments fund.
Today, Bob serves on the boards of three private companies—Syndio, Mochidoki and Booktrack. Bob also serves on the boards of Lawrence University and The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. In 2020, he co-founded Door County Summer Horizons Foundation.
Bob graduated from Lawrence University in 1980 with a BA in Biology and earned an MBA from Babson College in 1986.
Andrew J. Perille
Andy was an investment principal and founding team member at Liquid Stock from 2019-2024. At Liquid Stock, Andy was responsible for evaluating new investments, structuring transactions, sourcing deals, and monitoring the investment portfolio. Andy led underwriting and deployment of >$240M of capital across multiple funds and co-investment. Investments focused on late-stage Pre-IPO software and technology businesses through structured secondaries to shareholders.
Andy worked on the corporate strategy and finance team at ZipRecruiter before its IPO and as a financial analyst at Penske Media Corporation, a digital media holding company.
Andy graduated with a BA in economics from Northwestern University in 2012 and earned an MBA from UCLA in 2019.
Timothy L. Perille
Tim has worked as a strategy consultant at OC&C since 2022 out of its New York office. At OC&C, Tim works cross-functionally within the consumer, retail, and leisure practices, focused primarily on transaction advisory and business strategy.
Prior to OC&C, Tim was a founding team member at Mochidoki and also worked as a manager with the Hillstone Restaurant Group.
Tim graduated with a BA in anthropology from the University of Southern California in 2014 and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2022.
Jeffrey R. Perille
Jeff has worked in strategy at 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee since 2022. He was responsible for new product development, private labeling initiatives, special projects across marketing and finance, and supply chain contracting. More recently, Jeff serves as the President of 7 Energy, LLC, 7 Brew’s energy drink division.
Prior to 7 Brew, Jeff worked as an associate at North Point Mergers & Acquisitions in sell side investment banking. While at North Point, Jeff worked directly on 10+ restaurant and multi-unit consumer deals totaling over $3B in transaction value. Select deal experience included Papa Murphy’s (NASDAQ: FRSH) sale to Group MTY, Jack’s Family Restaurants’ sale to AEA Investors, and Nothing Bundt Cakes’ sale to Roark Capital.
Jeff graduated mana cum laude from Wake Forest in 2018 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Art History.
